There are eleven free days before anybody asks you for a card, so you will have seen exactly what you are buying. This page is for the times that is not enough.
If you have been charged and you would rather not have been, email and say so. You get it back. No reason needed, no questions, no form. Within 14 days of a charge that is a right you have and we will not argue with it. After 14 days, ask anyway. It is one person reading, and if you have not used the month it is coming back to you.
paul@1111board.com. That is the whole process.
Cancel from your settings, at any time, in one click. There is nothing to call and nobody to talk to, and it takes effect immediately in the sense that you will not be charged again.
Cancelling does not cut short the month you already paid for. You keep every part of the product until the date it runs to, and then it stops quietly.
That is deliberate. Losing what you paid for the instant you press cancel is a way of making cancelling feel expensive, and a product people are afraid to leave is a product people are afraid to join.
Nothing you made is ever deleted. Whether you cancel, get a refund, or simply stop, your cards, your rulings and your words stay where they are and stay readable. What stops is new cards.
If you come back in six months your board is exactly as you left it. The only way anything is deleted is if you ask for it to be, and then it is gone permanently, which is what asking for it means.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have 14 days from the start of a contract to withdraw from it without giving a reason. For a digital service that begins straight away, that right normally has to be given up before it starts.
We do not ask you to give it up. The 14 days stand, and the box at the top of this page is that right written in plainer words and applied more generously than the law requires.
There are only two, and both are about somebody abusing it rather than about you changing your mind.
Charged twice, charged after cancelling, charged an amount that is not the one you agreed to, or something on your statement you do not recognise: email, and it gets fixed. Do not start with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks, costs both of us, and an email usually sorts it the same day.
paul@1111board.com. One person reads it, and he usually answers the same day.
